Project Overview
NOT an ordinary bench. This 22’ long seat sits upon an exhaust grate
and excludes water from the parking garage below, while allowing full
exhaust when called upon. This was a perennial problem for the
building owners, and was solved by our unique design. We delivered 18
of these building-saving items from concept to installation in 4 months.
Exhaust is achieved via an internal, waterproof plenum and the
exhaust dampers on the rear. These serve as amenities and utilities.
They are designed to blend with both building and landscape.
